With PIXAR Releasing their new movie "UP", which is already talk of the town. I went down the lane to watch Pixar's Movies and short movies which acts as motivating pill of creativity.
One thing which is common in Disney Pixar's Movies (weather 3d or 2d classics) is that no matter how many time you have seen these movies and try to analyse these movies... Somewhere you forget the analysis part and end up watching and enjoying these movies like kids!!. Few days back, I was watching one of the disney's classics 'Hercules' on one of the Indian entertainment channel 'Colors' and went ga-ga over the movie. I can bet I was enjoying it more then my cousins (who are 10 and 7 yrs old). Thats the Magic of animation especially Disney-Pixar.
I recently saw one of the new short film of pixar called 'Partly Cloudy' and its creatively fantastic.
Well If u ask me, Character Animator at Pixar Animation Studios would be a dream job for me. I dont know I always had interest in pixar. We had a Joke when we were learning art of animation in digital animation programme. It was about strange relation of all the big names of pixar and Calarts(California art school). All roads to Pixar goes via Cal-arts :P
But with few inspiring animators like Bobby "Boom" beck, Carlos Baena, Shawn Kelly (Co-founders of Animation Mentor ... One of Leading online animation school and former employees of Pixar)who are crating the new generation of animators and keeping the hopes alive.
Talking more about pixar, I happend to notice few things which kept on repeating in every Pixar Movie.
Weather it is Ball from Luxor lamp Jr. (their first short film) repeated again n again in:
Toy story,Toy story 2(With luxor lamp Sr.), Monster Inc. (In Boo's room).
Thats not all, there are alot of stuff hidden in every pixar movie and short film which will remind you of a character or a prop their previous movies or their forth coming movie.
For instance Pizza place truck can be seen in almost all movies expect The Incradibles.

Thats just one example, These Pixar tradition or Easter eggs are full of hidden stuff and the more you know, the more you go WOW!! , really Pixar believes in recycling :P
